Registration Fee

Note: 

Author: making a presentation of the paper which will be published by the proceedings. 
Presenter: making a presentation on the conference without paper publication. 
Delegate: Participating in the conference only with neither presentation nor paper publication. (Delegate's Registration Form)

* One regular registration can cover a paper within 8 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
* One regular registration with one or more additional papers has only one proceedings.

The organizing committee for ICMIP accept online presentation for those who cannot attend onsite.

Payment:

Accommodation: 

Accommodation is not included in registration fee, the delegates need reserve rooms themselves,we advise you reserve rooms as early as you can. Except the conference hotel, you are free to reserve rooms nearby.

Onsite Registration: 

Onsite Registration is acceptable. But extra 50USD will be charged based on regular fee. For full papers, if you register late (after the deadline), your paper may not be published on time.

Refund: 

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email

* The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. 
* The losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.

Onsite Safety: 

Please wear your delegate badge for all the conference activities. Lending your participant card to others is not allowed.
Please take good care of your valuables at any time during the conference.
